PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly adjust a position, to which an adhesive is applied, according to changes in the position and width of a traveling raw fabric sheet.SOLUTION: An adhesive apply device 100 includes: a nozzle 10 which applies an adhesive 2 to a surface of a raw fabric sheet 1 transferred in a predetermined direction a detection part 20 a position adjustment part 30 and a control part 40. The nozzle 10 discharges the adhesive 2 supplied from a supply part. The detection part 20 detects a position of a side edge 1E of the raw fabric sheet. The position adjustment part 30 adjusts a position where the nozzle 10 discharges the adhesive 2. The control part 40 controls the position adjustment part 30 on the basis of information of the position of the side edge 1E of the raw fabric sheet which is detected by the detection part 20.
