PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for absorbent articles capable of improving fixing properties of granules to a material by inhibiting scattering of the granules, and a manufacturing apparatus of absorbent articles.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for sanitary napkins 1 includes: a top sheet conveyance step of conveying a top sheet 200 a first adhesive application step of applying an adhesive to one side surface of the top sheet 200 and a dropping step of dropping a cooling agent 16 to an adhesive application area BA of the top sheet 200 by self-weight.
