PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner for operation rooms suppressing overshoot of temperature and humidity and capable of constantly conditioning for a comfortable environment.SOLUTION: An operation room 1 includes: an inlet 3 at a lower side wall, and an outlet at a ceiling part an air circulation path 5 for blowing air that is sucked from the inlet by actuating a blower 6, from the outlet to the interior of the operation room a heat exchanger 8 provided in the air circulation path for cooling or heating air a bypass path 13 for circulating the air by bypassing the heat exchanger and an airflow adjusting damper 14 provided in the bypass path.
