PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner capable of performing an efficient dehumidifying operation during a heating operation and capable of preferentially keeping humidity within facility.SOLUTION: There are provided a refrigerant circuit 30 including an indoor heat exchanger 11 arranged inside agricultural livestock facility 50, an outdoor heat exchanger 21 arranged outside the facility 50, a compressor 23, an expansion valve 24, and changing-over means 25, and an indoor blower 12 for flowing air heat-exchanging with the indoor heat exchanger 11. When a heating operation for heating inside the facility 50 is carried out, a heating step for changing-over to a heating circuit for flowing high pressure refrigerant compressed by the compressor 23 into the indoor heat exchanger 11 to operate the indoor blower 12, a dehumidifying step for changing-over to a cooling circuit for flowing low pressure refrigerant of which pressure is reduced by the expansion valve 24 into the indoor heat exchanger 11 to operate the indoor blower 12 are performed. With this arrangement as above, it is possible to restrict excessive increasing in humidity within the facility 50 at the time of heating operation and preferentially keeping humidity there.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2【課題】暖房運転中に効率良く除湿を行い、施設内の湿度を好適に維持することができる空調機を提供する。【解決手段】農畜産用の施設50の内部に配置される室内熱交換器11と、施設50の外部に配置される室外熱交換器21と、圧縮機23と、膨張弁24と、切替手段25と、を有する冷媒回路30と、室内熱交換器11と熱交換する空気を流す室内送風機12と、を備え、施設50内を暖める暖房運転において、圧縮機23で圧縮された高圧の冷媒を室内熱交換器11に流す加熱回路に切り替えて室内送風機12を稼働させる加熱工程と、膨張弁24で減圧された低圧の冷媒を室内熱交換器11に流す冷却回路に切り替えて室内送風機12を稼働させる除湿工程と、を実行する。これにより、暖房運転時における施設50内の過度な湿度上昇を抑え、湿度を好適に維持することができる。【選択図】図2
