SOLUTION: A device for hydroponically cultivating perennial climbing plants 8 using culture fluids includes: a cultivation tank 1 which has a bottom plate 13 with an outlet 17 for discharging the culture fluids and a member for preventing the roots from entering, which is composed of a cylindrical member with water holes 34 at the side, is detachably attached to the outlet 17 to allow the culture fluids to discharge through the outlet 17, and prevents the roots 8a of the climbing plants 8 from entering the outlet 17.
