PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a case-equipped catheter with a new structure, allowing the take-out of a catheter body from a case as the need arises, and having excellent handleability of an unnecessary proximal portion of a catheter, and to provide the catheter-storing case constituting the same.SOLUTION: A case-equipped catheter 10 wherein a protective case 14 is attached to a catheter 12 includes a division part 48 capable of dividing the case 14 into a proximal portion 44 and a distal portion 46, and allows the distal portion 46 of the divided case 14 to be detached from a catheter body 16 while holding the catheter body 16 in a state that the catheter body 16 is stored in the proximal portion 44 of the case 14.【課題】カテーテル本体を必要に応じてケースから取り出すことができると共に、不要となったカテーテルの近位部分の取回し性にも優れた、新規な構造のケース付きカテーテルと、それを構成するカテーテル収容用ケースとを提供すること。【解決手段】カテーテル１２に保護用のケース１４を取り付けたケース付きカテーテル１０において、ケース１４を近位部分４４と遠位部分４６に分断可能とする分断部４８が設けられており、カテーテル本体１６を分断されたケース１４の近位部分４４に収容した状態で保持しつつ、分断されたケース１４の遠位部分４６をカテーテル本体１６から取外し可能とした。【選択図】図１
