PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact, lightweight and inexpensive cryopreservation device which enables a cryocane to be easily put in/out.SOLUTION: The cryopreservation device includes a first rotation lid 13 rotatably mounted on the upper opening of a container body 11, second rotation lid 14 rotatably provided on the circular opening provided on the first rotation lid, a through-hole for putting in or out a cryocane provided on the second rotation lid, a tubular body 15 provided in a protruding manner above the second rotation lid, a lifting device 16 arranged inside the tubular body, a cane gripper 17 provided on the lifting device, and a door 18 provided on the tubular body.
