The present invention relates to an anti-galectin-9 antibody and an inhibitor of regulatory T-cell suppressive activity, as well as to the use of this antibody for the treatment of diseases associated with the suppressive activity of regulatory T-cells, including treatment of cancer. L'invention concerne un anticorps dirigé contre la galectine 9 et inhibiteur de l'activité suppressive des lymphocytes T régulateurs, ainsi que l'utilisation de cet anticorps pour le traitement de maladies associées à l'activité suppressive des lymphocytes T régulateurs, notamment le traitement de cancer.
