To provide an absorbent article which is excellent in fitting property, and can suppress leakage of excreted liquid from a longitudinal end part at least of a front area.SOLUTION: An absorbent article includes a compression part (5) for integrating at least a top sheet (2) and an absorber (4) in a front area (A). The compression part (5) has a base point (51) positioned at the innermost side in the longitudinal direction, and two compression grooves (52,53) extending to the outside in the longitudinal direction from the base point (51) and the outsides at both sides in the width direction.
