The auxintomodulin derivatives of the present invention have a higher activity on the GLP-1 receptor and the glucagon receptor than the natural form of the auxintomodulin. Oxytomodulin derivatives of the present invention induce expansion of beta cells and increase insulin secretion to reduce the increased blood sugar due to high calorie and high fat diet. It also induces reduced body weight and dietary intake to improve insulin sensitivity and maintain unregulated blood sugar levels at normal levels.
