PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and efficiently clean the tire of a wheelchair.SOLUTION: An outer frame 4 is provided under a handle 2 a brush 3 is attached above the center of inner part of the outer frame and sponge brushes 5 are attached to both sides of the outer frame, respectively, and made to slide on the tire without being detached from the tire. Thereby, dirt or sand on the surface of the tire can be reliably cleaned.
