PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromotive brush device capable of making a brush part forwardly face every position of the head skin and preventing bubbles from leaking.SOLUTION: The electromotive brush device includes a device body 2 as a drive part and the brush part 3 operated by the body 2. The brush part 3 includes a board 4 consisting of a flexible material and a plurality of projections 5 protrusively provided on the surface 4S of the board 4. A frame 6 retaining the periphery of the board 4 is swingably provided onto the body 2 via a support means 7. The lower part 20B of a packing 20 is connected to the inside 6A of the frame 6. The upper part 20A of the packing 20 is slidably touched with the bottom plate 9 of the body 2. A shampoo housing body 26 is housed inside an expanding/contracting space 29 partitioned by the body 2, the frame 6, the brush part 3 and the packing 20.
