This invention discloses a method and a device for dynamically acquiring ECG signal. The device comprises an ECG signal acquisition circuit a static unit carrying a second electrode connected to the ECG signal acquisition circuit and a dynamic unit having a first electrode connected to the ECG signal acquisition circuit and a non-electrode part. When performing ECG signal acquisition, the static unit is fixed to a part of the body of a subject to make the second electrode contact the skin, and the non-electrode part of the dynamic unit is held by an operator to make the first electrode contact the skin of another part of the subjects body. Afterwards, an ECG signal acquisition process is executed to obtain the ECG signal of the subject with a projection angle between two points of the first electrode and the second electrode.
