PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp device that is quickly and simply attachable/detachable.SOLUTION: The clamp device 1 includes: a fixed side clamp part 10 having a rail part 11 and a movable side clamp part 20 which has a movable side contact part 22 on one end and has a screw shaft 21 with an external thread formed on the outer peripheral surface. The rail part 11 is extended along the screw shaft 21 toward the movable side clamp part 20. Further, the device comprises: a connection member 30 which is installed slidably along the longitudinal direction of the rail part, which has a screw hole 31 for screwing on the external thread on the inner peripheral surface, and which connects the fixed side clamp part 10 with the movable side clamp part 20 and a planar member 40 which is supported in a rockable manner.
