To provide an X-ray Talbot imaging device (1) that includes a holding unit (20) capable of properly adjusting an angle (Θ) of a knee joint section with respect to a radiation emission direction. The X-ray Talbot imaging device (1) includes a subject platform (13) configured to hold a subject (H), a radiation generator (11) configured to emit radiation toward the subject (H), and a holding unit (20) configured to hold a knee joint section as the subject (H) on the subject platform (13). The holding unit (20) includes a first holding section (22), a second holding section (23), a pivot fixing mechanism (B, 26), and an angle adjustment mechanism (A, 25). The first holding section (22) is configured to hold a proximal side of the joint section. The second holding section (23) is configured to hold a distal side of the joint section. The pivot fixing mechanism (B, 26) is capable of pivoting the first holding section (22) and the second holding section (23) relative to each other within a plane orthogonal to a grating surface of a phase grating (14) and capable of fixing a relative pivot angle (θ1) between the first holding section (22) and the second holding section (23). The angle adjustment mechanism (A, 25) is configured to change an angle (Θ) of the knee joint section as the subject (H) held by the first holding section (22) and the second holding section (23), with respect to a radiation emission direction.
