PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic probe and an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus which reduce the possibility that moisture enters a drive layer and the risk of dielectric breakdown due to moisture and which are easy to manufacture.SOLUTION: The ultrasonic probe includes: a diaphragm 6 serving as a movable membrane comprising a drive layer 62 and a base material layer 61 stacked together and a support member 8 for supporting the diaphragm 6.
