PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a medical worker to accurately acquire the amount of stored blood.
SOLUTION: A blood storage tank 1 includes a housing 10 and a filtration means 50. The filtration means 50 is disposed in the housing 10, with spaces CS1 and CS2 formed between itself and the housing 10, for storing blood before being filtrated. The filtration means 50 filtrates the blood stored in the spaces CS1 and CS2. At least either one of the housing 10 and the filtration means 50 has volume regulation sections 111a and 111a for reducing the volumes of the spaces CS1 and CS2.
