PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needleless infusion connector that can prevent the leakage of medicinal solution.SOLUTION: A needleless infusion connector includes: a tube 10 with a conduit 12 a moving member 20 movably attached to the inside of the tube, and circumferentially provided to the conduit an elastic member 30 installed to be compressible in the inside of the tube and having a lower compression pipe 31, a column 32, and an upper compression pipe 33 installed in this order, provided with a lower rod 34 in the inside of the lower compression pipe, also making the lower compression pipe adhere to the conduit of the tube, having the lower rod inserted to the conduit of the tube, having a passage 36 formed between the lower rod and the conduit so as not to come into communication with the inside of the upper compression pipe, and sealing the opening of the conduit by bringing the bottom edge of the lower rod into abutment with a tongue 121 of the conduit and a cap 40. The elastic member is brought into abutment with the cap and the moving member, respectively.
