PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic modulus measuring device and an elastic modulus measuring method that realize measurement of an elastic modulus of each layer even if a measured object has a multiplayer structure such as skin, etc.SOLUTION: An elastic modulus measuring device comprises a light source that generates light having a wavelength to be absorbed by a substance in a measured object. An optical system passes the light to the measured object at a desired opening size and focuses the light on the substance. A detector comes into contact with the measured object and detects an acoustic wave generated by the absorption of light by the substance. A calculation unit calculates an elastic modulus of the substance using a measured value of a first acoustic wave to be obtained when the opening size is equivalent to a first diameter, and a measured value of a second acoustic wave to be obtained when the opening size is equivalent to a second diameter different from the first diameter.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】皮膚等の多層構造を有する被測定物であっても、各層ごとの弾力率を測定することができる弾性率測定装置および弾性率測定方法を提供する。【解決手段】弾性率測定装置は、被測定物内の物質に吸収される波長を有する光を生成する光源を備える。光学系は、光を所望の開口径で被測定物へ通過させ、かつ、光の焦点を物質に合わせる。検出器は、被測定物に接触し、物質が光を吸収することによって発生する音響波を検出する。演算部は、開口径が第1の径である場合に得られる第1の音響波の測定値と開口径が第1の径とは異なる第2の径である場合に得られる第2の音響波の測定値とを用いて物質の弾性率を算出する。【選択図】図1
