PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scalp care tool capable of securing length of free medical treatment projections, and contact of these free medical treatment projections is suppressed.SOLUTION: A scalp care tool comprises: a frame 2 a motor stored in the frame 2 a transmission mechanism 4 for transmitting rotation of the motor a rotation mechanism part which is rotated by the transmission mechanism 4 and plural rotation treatment pieces 5 coupled to the rotation mechanism part. These rotation treatment pieces 5 comprise respectively: a cylindrical part 55 and plural free medical treatment projections 56 which are substantially columnar shapes and projecting to a tip end of the cylindrical part 55 in an integrated state. These free medical treatment projections 56 respectively comprise a projection base part 104 which is substantially gimlet-shape which becomes thinner as going to a tip end side, and a columnar projection tip end part 103 disposed on the tip end part of the projection base part 104. Therefore, even when the treatment pieces 5 are rotated while being pressed to a human body, these free medical treatment projections 56 hardly contact each other, therefore these free medical treatment projections 56 hold a skin of the human body, and care of scalp can be preferably performed.
