The present invention relates to a use of a complex extract of Cornus officinalis, Pueraria lobate, and Lespedeza cuneate having anti-inflammatory activity. Specifically, the present invention relates to a composition for preventing, treating or ameliorating male menopausal syndrome, which comprises a complex extract of Cornus officinalis, Pueraria lobate, and Lespedeza cuneate as an active ingredient. The complex extract of Cornus officinalis, Pueraria lobate, and Lespedeza cuneate of the present invention enhances the NO concentration and vascular relaxation factor, cGMP, which are involved in relaxation and expansion of blood vessels, and exerts an excellent male menopausal syndrome relaxation effect through a mechanism of increasing the secretion amount of testosterone male hormone.
