The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising a mixed extract of Sanguisorba officinalis and Hericium erinaceus as an active ingredient for preventing or alleviating atopic dermatitis； a composition for external skin application and a cosmetic composition for preventing or alleviating atopic dermatitis； and a preparation method thereof.
