The invention relates to a method of preparing a stable liquid therapeutic protein pharmaceutical (biopharmaceutical) comprising: a) obtaining an open-ended container comprising a sample, wherein the sample is a therapeutic protein in a solution； b) freezing the sample； c) applying a vacuum while the sample is frozen and； d) sealing the open end of the container while the sample is frozen and while the vacuum is applied to obtain the liquid therapeutic protein composition.本發明係關於製備穩定液體治療蛋白醫藥(生物醫藥)之方法，其包含：a) 獲得包含樣品之開口式容器，其中該樣品係於溶液中之治療蛋白；b) 冷凍該樣品；c) 在冷凍該樣品時施加真空，及；d) 在冷凍該樣品時且在施加該真空時密封該容器之開口端，以獲得該液體治療蛋白組合物。
