The present invention provides a floating irrigation device for saving water and anti-blocking by gravity or low-pressure irrigation. The device is used for irrigation to reduce flow, water and exhaust functions. The device includes, at least, a hollow element and a floating element. The floating element can move up and down in the hollow space of the hollow element to disturb the liquid to reduce blocking and flow in the pipe. Therefore, depending on the flow , one to a plurality of the devices can be mounted in the pipe. If the device lengthens the drain pipe which has a watering hole, the device can be inserted into the soil for watering. If the device installs a fixed ring in the inlet pipe, and the fixed ring and the floating element install a magnet, the trapped air of the pipe or tank can be exhausted, but the liquid cannot overflow.本發明係提供一種藉由重力或低壓灌溉之省水防阻塞之浮動式灌溉裝置，該裝置用於灌溉上具有降低流量、澆水和排氣的功能。該裝置至少包含一中空元件和浮動元件。藉由該浮動元件在中空元件之中空室上下擾動液體，減少管中阻塞，降低液體流量。所以，視管內液體流量大小，可串聯安裝一至複數個該裝置至管中。如該裝置加長排水管，排水管有澆水口，就可將該裝置插入土壤中，進行澆灌。如該裝置在進水管加裝固定環，並在固定環和浮動元件加裝磁鐵，藉由磁鐵相互吸引力下，該裝置就可進行排出管內或桶槽滯留氣體，但管內之液體不會溢流出去。
