PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a visual restoration aiding device suppressing the movement of a return electrode in an eyeball.SOLUTION: The visual restoration aiding device includes: a plurality of electrodes installed in the posterior ocular segment of the patients eye for electrically stimulating cells or tissues constituting the visual nervous system a control section controlling to output electrical stimulation pulse signals from the electrodes and a return electrode section having a return electrode installed in the eyeball facing the electrodes in the other side of the retina for forming a current pathway of the electric stimulation pulse signals.
