The present invention relates to a self-forming cosmetic composition which does not include a surfactant and, more specifically, to a self-forming cosmetic composition which includes volatile hydrocarbon as a self-forming agent and includes: a cellulose-based thickener and a kind of moisturizer which is selected from a group which is composed of a polyquaternium-based moisturizer, a PEG-based moisturizer, a PEG/PPG-based moisturizer, and a composition thereof.
