The invention relates to a complex fertilizer and to a method for applying it onto the plants. According to the invention, the fertilizer consists of 36.1...91.03 g/l total nitrogen, 25.5...46.36 g/l of phosphorus expressed as PO, 26.2...44.56 g/l potassium expressed as KO, 0.62...5.26 g/l iron, 6.46...15.68 g/l zinc, 0.17...0.32 g/l copper, 0.18...0.62 g/l magnesium, 0.12...0.52 g/l manganese, 0.12...0.78 g/l boron, 0.24...0.83 g/l sulphur, 0.01...0.52 g/l molybdenum, 0.1 g/l cobalt and 17.22...31.80 g/l organic substances. The method, as claimed by the invention, consists in administering the fertilizer in 2...3 treatments by spraying it onto the plants as aqueous solution with a concentration of 0.25...2.5%, in an amount of 500...1500 l/ha, depending on the crop and the vegetation stage.
