In particular, the skin contact pad bundle (200) comprises: a pad fixing unit (210) formed in the shape of a disc whose both surfaces are flat, including a thermoelectric module-coupling hole (210a) passing through the center thereof, and including a thermoelectric module (240) in the thermoelectric module-coupling hole (210a)； fixing pad units (220), each formed in the shape of a hemisphere, and having flat surfaces coupled to the respective flat surfaces of the pad fixing units (210), to transfer heat of the thermoelectric module (240)； and operating pad units (230), each formed in the shape of a hollow hemisphere, allowing an inner surface thereof to be closely attached to a curved surface of the fixing pad unit (220), and configured to slide or rotate along the curved surfaces of the fixing pad units (220), thereby transferring heat. In addition, to enable the operating pad units (230) to smoothly operate without departing from the curved surfaces of the fixing pad units (220), and also to allow the operating pad units (230) to be released therefrom as needed, recessed operating pad unit-coupling holes (220a) are formed in curved portions of the fixing pad units (220), and magnet-attached iron members (221) are inserted therein.
