Provided is an inhibitor targeting a specific complement, and the inhibitor targeting a specific complement is a protein, wherein the protein has a targeted inhibition function on the activation of the complement, and the amino acid sequence of the protein comprises a CRIg extracellular functional region and a complement inhibiting functional region, wherein the CRIg extracellular functional region is directly connected or indirectly connected through a linker to the complement inhibiting functional region. Also provided are the preparation method of the inhibitor targeting a specific complement and a use thereof in the preparation of a medicament for the targeted inhibition of the activation of the complement.
