The present invention includes a disk-shaped distribution plate where multiple distribution pipes for feed distribution in different directions are attached to a lower portion and multiple distribution holes are formed to communicate with the distribution pipes; a spout that is connected to a driving shaft for motor torque transmission and injects feed to be distributed through the distribution holes through an inner hollow while rotating about a central portion of the distribution plate; a disk-shaped movable plate that is coupled with a lower end of the spout, rotates with the spout, and has a first through-hole which communicates with the inner hollow of the spout; a first sliding material that has a second through-hole which communicates with the first through-hole of the movable plate and is attached to a lower portion of the movable plate; a second sliding material that is attached to an upper portion of the distribution plate, has multiple third through-holes which communicate with the distribution holes of the distribution plate, and has an upper surface sliding in contact with the first sliding material; and a casing that accommodates the spout and the movable plate therein with a roller being provided in a lower inner wall, the roller rotating while pressurizing the first sliding material of the movable plate so that the first sliding material of the movable plate can slide in close contact with the second sliding material of the distribution plate.본 발명은 분배판의 분배관에 의하여
