摘要:
596610 Provided are microspheres with improved bioavailability containing poorly water-soluble drugs, oral preparations comprising same, and a method for preparing same. The microspheres containing poorly water-soluble drugs are solid dispersions in which poorly water-soluble drugs are dispersed into non-crystalline forms in a water-soluble macromolecular carrier, the microsphere is prepared by spray drying a mixed solution containing the water-soluble polymer carrier and the poorly soluble drug dissolved in a mixed solvent of water and an organic solvent and have the advantages of improving the bioavailability of poorly water-soluble drugs. Wherein the microsphere does not comprise a surfactant, the weight ratio of the organic solvent and water is 0.5:1 to 5:1, the water-soluble polymer carrier is hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC), and the poorly soluble drug is selected from the group consisting of acyclovir, candesartan, eprosartan, fenofibrate, lovastatin, megestrol, simvastatin, sirolimus, tacrolimus and a combination thereof, and the spray drying is conducted at a spray temperature of 80°C to 120°C, a spray speed of 3,000 rpm to 5,000 rpm, and an injection speed of 10ml/min to 100ml/min, using an atomizer type spray dryer.
