The present invention relates to a fast-dissolving megestrol tablet which contains megestrol acetate as an active ingredient, and to a method for preparing same. The fast-dissolving megestrol tablet according to the present invention may dissolve quicker than megestrol in ordinary conventional tablets or suspensions so as to thereby provide convenient dosage, and may exhibit the effect of increasing the elution and absorption of drugs so as to thereby mask the bitter taste of the drugs.La présente invention concerne des comprimés de mégestrol à dissolution rapide qui contiennent de lacétate de mégestrol comme principe actif, et un procédé de fabrication de ces comprimés. Les comprimés de mégestrol à dissolution rapide selon la présente invention peuvent se dissoudre plus rapidement que le mégestrol dans des comprimés ou de suspensions classiques ordinaires de façon à fournir de cette façon un dosage commode, et peuvent présenter leffet daugmenter lélution et labsorption de médicaments de façon à masquer le goût amer des médicaments.본 발명은 메게스트롤 아세테이트(Megestrol acetate)를 활성 성분으로 함유하는 메게스트롤 속붕해성 정제 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 메게스트롤 속붕해성 정제는, 기존의 일반 정제나 현택액 형태의 메게스트롤보다 더욱 빠르게 붕해됨으로써 복용의 편리성을 제공하며, 동시에 약물의 용출 및 흡수를 증대시켜 약물의 고미를 차폐하는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
