The present invention relates to a method for producing nitrogen-based, low-temperature atmospheric pressure plasma for treatment or regenerative promotion of damaged muscles, and to a method for treatment and regenerative promotion of damaged muscles by using the same. The nitrogen-based, low-temperature atmospheric pressure plasma of the present invention can effectively induce muscle cell activation, muscle cell migration to damaged regions, and muscle cell proliferation and differentiation, without a surgical operation, or during a treatment process after a surgical operation, thereby being usable for a novel agent and a method for treating muscle damage and muscle damage-associated diseases.본 발명은 손상 근육의 치료 또는 재생 촉진용 질소기반 저온 대기압 플라즈마의 제조방법, 이를 이용한 손상 근육 치료 및 재생 촉진 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 질소기반 저온 대기압 플라즈마는 외과적 수술 없이, 또는 외과적 수술 후 처리과정에서 근육 세포의 활성화, 근육 세포의 손상부위로의 이동, 근육 세포의 증식 및 근육 세포의 분화를 효과적으로 유도할 수 있으므로, 신규한 근육 손상 및 근육 손상 관련 질환 치료제 및 치료방법으로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
