The present invention relates to an esterase-KG01 gene from rumen microorganism of a black goat and to uses thereof, and more specifically, provides a novel esterase-KG01 gene selected from rumen microorganism of a black goat and a protein product thereof, and the present invention also relates to a method for producing food such as a feed additive, a detergent composition, dairy products, medicines and the like by using the same. The present invention provides a lipase derived from the novel rumen microorganism of the black goat, which can decompose more various substrates.본 발명은 흑염소 반추위 미생물 유래의 에스터라제-KG01 유전자 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로 흑염소 반추위 미생물로부터 선별한 신규한 에스터라제-KG01 유전자 및 이의 단백질 산물을 제공하고, 이를 이용하여 사료첨가제, 세제 조성물 및 유제품, 약제 등의 식품을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
