PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical record summary creation device capable of creating summary data in which various kinds of pieces of information input to an electronic medical record are objects, and more surely preventing unnecessary information from being summarized.SOLUTION: An ID information application part 9 applies a data specification ID for specifying individual data and raw data. A medical care information acquisition part 11 extracts the raw data corresponding to the individual data based on the data specification ID. A summarized medical record creation part 13 determines whether or not, the individual data has been contained in a summarized medical record already based on the data specification ID, and when it is determined that the individual data has not been contained in the summarized medical record, the raw data extracted by the medical care information acquisition part 11 is recorded in the summarized medical record. By such a configuration, such a situation in which, pieces of same medical care data are recorded by duplication in the summarized medical record, can be surely avoided, and as the result, the summarized medical record in which only necessary individual data is recorded, can be easily and surely acquired.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】電子カルテに入力された多種多様な情報を対象とする要約データの作成を可能とし、かつ不要な情報の要約化をより確実に防止できるカルテ要約作成装置を提供する。【解決手段】ID情報付与部9は個別データおよび生データの各々を特定するデータ特定IDを付与する。診療情報取得部11はデータ特定IDに基づいて個別データに対応する生データを抽出する。要約カルテ作成部13は、データ特定IDに基づいて個別データが既に要約カルテに含まれているか否かを判定し、要約カルテに含まれていないと判定した場合、診療情報取得部11が抽出した生データは要約カルテに記録される。このような構成により、要約カルテに同一の診療データが重複して記録されることを確実に回避できる。その結果、必要な個別データのみが記録された要約カルテを容易かつ確実に取得できる。【選択図】図1
