PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus which enables the interpolation by combining both a hardware and a software to display an ultrasonic image of high image quality and uses GPU (graphics processing unit) which is programmed for processing the ultrasonic image.SOLUTION: The ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus includes a B-mode processing means 003 for generating B-mode data from the data received by a transmitting and receiving means 002, a blood flow information processing means 004 for acquiring blood flow information from the B-mode data received by the means 002, and an image generating means 006 for generating the ultrasonic image from the blood flow information and displaying it on a display means.
