PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus, capable of displaying tomographic images, elastic images, and blood flow images in display modes suitable for diagnosis.SOLUTION: The ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus is composed of tomographic image composing means to transmit/receive ultrasonic waves to a subject, and generate a tomographic image of a tissue of a fragment of the subject, elastic image composing means to generate an elastic image of the tissue of a fragment, and blood flow image composing means to generate a blood flow image of the subject part. A synthetic image composing means is also provided to combine the blood flow image S5 over the elastic image S6 (S7), and add the image generated at S7 over the tomographic image S4 (S8). Three kinds of images are thus synthesized in a single image to be displayed, so that an examiner is enabled to obtain three kinds of image information in one view to improve the diagnostic ability.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】断層画像、弾性画像、及び血流画像を診断に適した表示態様で表示する超音波診断装置を実現する。【解決手段】超音波診断装置を、被検体との間で超音波を送受信して、被検体の断層部位の組織の断層画像を生成する断層画像構成手段と、断層部位の組織の弾性画像を生成する弾性画像構成手段と、断層部位の血流画像を生成する血流画像構成手段と、で構成する。そして、弾性画像(S6)上に血流画像(S5)を重畳し(S7)、さらに断層画像(S4)上にS7で生成された画像を加算する(S8)合成画像構成手段を設ける。これにより、3種類の画像が1つの画像に合成されて表示されるので、検査者は、同一視線で3種類の画像情報を得ることができ、診断能を向上させることができる。【選択図】図2
