PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high chroma composition achieving both of securing hiding power and maintenance of high chroma by securing fluorescence by using a titanium oxide pigment with high permeability of a wavelength of 370 to 400 nm in a composition such as cosmetic, coating or the like requiring hiding power.SOLUTION: A high chroma composition contains one or more kinds of titanium oxide pigment having an average primary particle diameter in a range of 0.30 μm to 1.5 μm and an inflection point of permeability, appearing in a long wavelength side of a spectroscopy permeability curve in a range of wavelength 300 to 750 nm, in a range of wavelength 370 to 405 nm, and one or more kinds of material having absorption in a range of a wavelength 370 to 400 nm and emitting fluorescence in a visible light region.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4【課題】隠蔽力を必要とする化粧料、塗料等の組成物において、波長370~400nmの透過率を高くした酸化チタン顔料を用いることで、隠蔽力の確保と、蛍光の確保による高彩度の維持を両立させた高彩度組成物を提供する。【解決手段】平均一次粒子径が0.30μm~1.5μmの範囲にあり、波長300~750nmの範囲の分光透過率曲線の長波長側に現れる透過率の屈曲点が波長370~405nmの範囲にある酸化チタン顔料の1種以上と、波長370~400nmの範囲に吸収を持ち、かつ可視光領域に蛍光を発する材料の1種以上を含む。【選択図】図4
