Tumor therapies are a proven approach to treating tumors using electric fields. The present application describes a system and method for measuring temperature at electrode elements of a transducer array used to apply a tumor field to a subject. The far end circuit is disposed adjacent to each transducer array, and the far end circuit interfaces with a temperature sensor in the transducer array to obtain a temperature reading. These temperature readings are sent to the central hub.
