The brushing device comprises a trough (1), bristles (2), a bristle holder (3) and a motion generator (4). The bristle holder (3) is provided on the wall of the trough (1) facing the teeth, and the shape of the bristle holder (3) matches any one of the following shapes: 1/2 upper dental arch, 1/2 lower dental arch, symmetrical 1/2 upper dental arch and 1/2 lower dental arch, upper dental arch, lower dental arch, and upper dental arch and lower dental arch. The bristles (2) are provided on the wall of the bristle holder (3) facing the teeth. The motion generator (4) is provided within the trough (1) and is connected to the bristle holder (3). The brushing device wraps part or all of the teeth simultaneously, the motion generator (4) drives the bristles (2) to vibrate or oscillate so as to achieve the cleaning function, and the bristles (2) can be specially customized in accordance with user requirements and can clean special dead corner parts.
