Suggested is a fragrance composition, comprising (a) at least one a fragrance selected from the group of aromatic nitriles according to formula (I) wherein R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , R 4 and R 5 independently of one another represent hydrogen or linear or branched C 1 -C 10 -alkyl, which is optionally substituted with hydroxy or C 1 -C 4 -alkyl or linear or branched C 1 -C 10 -alkoxy, which is optionally substituted with hydroxy or C 1 -C 4 -alkyl, and (b) at least one a solvent selected from the group consisting of benzylalcohol, benzylbenzoate, diethylphthalate, dipropylene glycol, ethyl alcohol, iso-propyl myristate, triethylcitrate, downol DPM, IsoPar L, triacetine and their mixtures.
