The invention relates to peptide derivatives (peptides and pseudo-peptides) and to the use thereof as vectors for molecules of interest. The invention also relates to conjugates containing a peptide derivative of the invention bonded to a molecule of interest. The peptides of the invention can be used for delivering, in the form of conjugates, generally prodrugs, molecules of pharmaceutical or diagnostic interest, for instance therapeutic molecules, imaging or diagnostic agents or molecular probes, across cell membranes, and in particular for promoting transport thereof across the blood-brain barrier (BBB).Linvention concerne des dérivés peptidiques (peptides et pseudo-peptides) et leur utilisation comme vecteurs de molécules dintérêt. Linvention concerne également des conjugués contenant un dérivé peptidique de linvention lié à une molécule dintérêt. Les peptides de linvention sont utilisables pour vectoriser sous forme de conjugués généralement prodrogues des molécules dintérêt pharmaceutique ou diagnostique, comme par exemple des molécules thérapeutiques, des agents dimagerie ou de diagnostic, ou des sondes moléculaires, à travers les membranes cellulaires, et notamment pour favoriser leur transport à travers la barrière hémato-encéphalique (BHE).
