PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elbow joint diaplasis training model which can be reduced in manufacturing costs and has high reliability while realizing the sense of operation like a real one.SOLUTION: An elbow joint diaplasis training model includes: a humerus model 2 and an antebrachial bone model 3 where a part equivalent to a humerus distal end and a part equivalent to an antebrachial bone proximal end are formed an engagement recessed part 4 for engaging an articular head 2A in the state equivalent to elbow joint backward dislocation and that is provided for the antebrachial bone model 3 a first elastic body 5 for performing elastic energization in such a way as pulling a part between a first position away from the humerus model 2 distal end part to a proximal part and an elbow head part of the antebrachial bone model 3 and a second elastic body 6 for performing elastic energization in such a way as pulling a part between a second position nearer a bending side than the first position of the humerus model 2 and a position nearer an extension side than an abutment part 4 of the antebrachial bone model 3. Escape grooves 2B, 3B are formed in the humerus model 2 and the antebrachial bone model 3 so that they do not interfere with the elastic bodies 5, 6 between a normal state and the elbow joint backward dislocation state.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】実際に近い操作感を再現しながら、製造コストの低減化及び高信頼化を図ることができる、普及しやすい肘関節脱臼整復実習模型を提供する。【解決手段】上腕骨遠位端に相当する部分及び前腕骨近位端に相当する部分が形成された上腕骨模擬体2及び前腕骨模擬体3と、肘関節後方脱臼に相当する状態で関節頭2Aを係合させる、前腕骨模擬体3に設けられた係合凹部4と、上腕骨模擬体2遠位端部から近位へ離間した第1位置と前腕骨模擬体3の肘頭部との間を引っ張るように弾性付勢する第1の弾性体5と、上腕骨模擬体2の前記第1位置よりも屈側の第2位置と前腕骨模擬体3の当止部4よりも伸側の位置との間を引っ張るように弾性付勢する第2の弾性体6とを備え、正常状態と肘関節後方脱臼状態との間で弾性体5,6と干渉しないように、上腕骨模擬体2及び前腕骨模擬体3に逃げ溝2B,3Bを形成した。【選択図】図2
