The support includes a hub portion and a leg portion extending outwards from periphery of hub portion. End of rotation shaft is fixedly embedded in a shaft hole of hub portion. The inner cylinder includes a cylinder body and a cylinder bottom at an end of cylinder body. A groove is defined in outer surface of cylinder bottom for receiving and clamping the leg portion. The cover covers and connects to the support. The sealing strip is arranged between the cover and cylinder bottom. The sealing strip, the cover, and the groove cooperatively define a closed space for receiving the support.
