The present invention relates to compounds of formula (I), wherein R1 is heteroaryl or heterocyclyl, optionally substituted R2 is C1-4alkyl, heterocyclyl, C1-4alkylaryl, C1-4alkylheteroaryl, carbocyclyl, C1-4alkylheterocyclyl, heterocyclylheteroaryl, arylheterocyclyl, carbocyclylheteroaryl, heterocyclylaryl, optionally substituted R3 is hydrogen or C1-4alkyl, or R2 and R3 may together with the nitrogen atom, form a saturated ring system containing 4, 5 or 6 ring forming atoms, and optionally substituted R4 is hydrogen, halogen, methyl or methoxy to pharmaceutical composition containing said compounds and to the use of said compounds in therapy, for instance in treating cognitive disorders. The present invention further relates to new intermediates useful in the preparation thereof.La presente invención se refiere a compuestos de fórmula (I). (ver fórmula (I)) donde R1 es heteroarilo o heterociclilo, opcionalmente sustituido R2 es C1-4alquilo, heterociclilo, C1-4alquilarilo, C1-4alquilheteroarilo, carbociclilo, C14alquilheterociclilo, heterociclil-heteroarjlo, aril-heterociclilo, carbociclil-heteroarilo, heterociclil-arilo, opcionalmente sustituidos R3 es hidrógeno o C1-4alquilo, o R2 y R3 junto con el átomo de nitrógeno forman un sistema de anillo saturado que contiene 4, 5 ó 6 átomos constituyentes del anillo y que está opcionalmente sustituido R4 es hidrógeno, halógeno, metilo o metoxi a composiciones farmacéuticas que contienen los compuestos y al uso de los compuestos en terapia, por ejemplo, en el tratamiento de trastornos cognitivos.
