PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image processing device, a treatment system, a medical image processing method, and a medical image processing program capable of improving reliability.SOLUTION: A medical image processing device includes an acquisition part, a first feature region detection part, and an estimation part. The acquisition part acquires a transparent image of a subject imaged by an imaging device. The first feature region detection part detects a position of a feature region in the transparent image acquired by the acquisition part.
