The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for fixing both ends of a mitral cerclage wire used in mitral cerclage coronary sinus annuloplasty and, more specifically, to an apparatus and a method for fixing both ends of a mitral cerclage wire, which comes back out of the heart as if tracing a circle and, at the same time, releasing the fixed hold according to necessity, with respect to a mitral cerclage coronary sinus annuloplasty performed on a patient exhibiting mitral regurgitation.
