The invention provides a manufacturing method for sesame oil, comprising the steps of: using a white sesame seed as a material screening impurities from the white sesame seed and cleaning the white sesame seed by water heating the white sesame seed for roasting and stir-frying pulverizing the white sesame seed into sesame fines stirring a mixture of the sesame fines mixed with a boiled water using a vibration separation facility to separate the sesame fines from oil thereof so as to perform extraction and precipitation operations and applying a processing facility to perform a precise filtration so as to pack the sesame oil into a product. Specifically, after placing the sesame fines in an inner space of a cooker body of a container, the oil originally existed in the sesame fines is forcedly extracted therefrom when stirring the mixture of the sesame fines and the added boiled water, and the sesame fines and the oil thereof are separated into two distinct layers for extraction after the mixture of the sesame fines and the added boiled water is vibrated, thus to manufacture fine sesame oil.
