Pesticide composition in the form of a ready-to-use gel containing i) 0.02 to 5% by weight of at least one pesticidal compound that is effective against arthropod pests ii) 0.5 to 5% by weight of a superabsorbent polymer P having an absorption capacity for deionized water of at least 100 g per 1 g of polymer P, and iii) 20 to 79.5% by weight of at least one filler other than water, and iv) 15 to 74, 5% by weight of water, in which the% by weight is based on the total weight of the composition and in which the filler material comprises a hydrophobic component, which is selected from oils and natural fats, fatty acids, fatty alcohols and mixtures thereof, and in which the charge also comprises an attractant.Composición pesticida en la forma de un gel listo para usar que contiene i) 0,02 a 5% en peso de al menos un compuesto pesticida que es eficaz contra plaga de artrópodos ii) 0,5 a 5% en peso de un polímero superabsorbente P que tiene una capacidad de absorción paraagua desionizada de al menos 100 g por 1 g de polímero P, y iii) 20 a 79,5% en peso de al menos un material de carga diferente del agua, y iv) 15 a 74,5% en peso de agua, en la que el % en peso está basado en el peso total de la composición y en la que el material de cargacomprende un componente hidrófobo, el cual está seleccionado entre aceites y grasas naturales, ácidosgrasos, alcoholes grasos y mezclas de los mismos, y en la que la carga comprende igualmente un atrayente.
