PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-component aqueous aerosol composition excellent in solubility of pyrethrum extract in an aerosol composition, stability of one-component aqueous aerosol composition and insecticidal efficacy. SOLUTION: The aerosol stock solution containing (a) insecticide chrysanthemum extract, (b) surfactant, (c) aliphatic hydrocarbon having 8 to 16 carbon atoms, and (d) water, and (e). A one-component aqueous aerosol composition containing LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) as a propellant, wherein the (b) surfactant is (f) polyethylene glycol alkyl esters and (g) sorbitan fatty acid esters. The compounding weight ratio [(f) / (g)] is 0.5 ≦ [(f) / (g)] ≦ 2.5 with respect to the total amount of the aerosol stock solution of the water (d). The blending amount is 15 to 53% by mass (w / v), and the blending amount of the propellant (e) with respect to the total amount of the one-component aqueous aerosol composition is 40 to 70% by volume (v / v).
